Our company has successfully completed a pilot project for development and implementation of a smart production planning system for a textile dyeing site of the Tchaikovsky Textile holding.
The system is built on the basis of a multi-agent planning technology and a knowledge base that allows production planning processes to be formalized in the form of separate planning practices within the knowledge-based description of the decision-making process.
As a result, the best planning practices are used by robots — software agents, which made it possible to improve the quality and efficiency of development of production plans.
Success of the pilot project opens up the opportunity to take the next step towards development and implementation of an industrial version of a smart system for conjugate planning of all areas of the dyeing and finishing industry.
