In April 2018 our company won an important contract with “Gazprom Neft Yamal”, a subsidiary of “Gazprom Neft”, the leading international player engaged in oil and gas exploration, production, and refining, as well as production and sale of petroleum products.
The aim of the contract is development of a prototype adaptive planning system for drilling based on multi-agent technology. The works is carried out for Novoportovskoye oil and gas condensate field — one of the most significant oil and gas condensate fields in the Yamal Peninsula. Its recoverable C1 and C2 reserves are estimated at more than 250 million tons of oil and condensate, as well as more than 320 billion cubic meters of gas, including Paleozoic deposits.

Development of the prototype is planned to be completed by September 10th, 2018. Then the work will be continued on the industrial version.
The main goal of the developed prototype is to test applicability of multi-agent technology for solving the problem of creating and correcting the drilling plan in real time based on incoming data and lessons learned.
In a longer run, our company will be developing and implementing IT solutions for “Gazpromneft-Yamal”, designed for planning, measuring and analyzing operations during well construction on the basis of complete and objective information and responding to identified deviations in real time.
