Our company has successfully completed a pilot project for development and implementation of a smart planning system for margarine production for “Sunny Products”.
The solution is built on a multi-agent planning system and a knowledge base — the key technologies for managing enterprise resources in real time.
The rather complex business process of the Customer’s production management required development of a conjugate interaction method for coordinated planning of three production sites. As a result, our smart system forms a production program that allows the Customer to get 5% more finished products in comparison with the models and practices currently used, using the same equipment and within the same period of time.
